Brasilito Bay is located in Santa Cruz, Guanacaste. Access is by means of the road from Liberia - Guardia - Filadelfia - Belén - Huacas - Brasilito.
The blue waters of Brasilito Bay bathe the golden sands of Conchal Beach, the grey sands of Brasilito Beach and the fine, white sands of the splendid Playa Blanca or Flamingo Beach, all located along the Guanacaste littoral over an expanse of 9 kms.
Conchal and Brasilito form a single unit, broken only by the rocky promontory of Conchal Point. West of the headland there is a large accumulation of seashells, hence the name of the first beach.
East of Conchal Point the seashore is completely different: the beach is somewhat dark, there are not many seashells, vegetation is scarce and an altered natural invironment, typical of coastal towns, predominates. Nonetheless, as at Conchal and Brasilito, there is much scenic beauty, plentyful sunshine, and a long shore for exploring and admiring the marine life.
