The combined office, spare bedroom
(and security room) measures 12’ x 10’ and has a purple-heart desk, with
rollaway file cabinets, custom-built from pochote and caoba hardwoods,
plus almost 100 cubic feet of lockable storage (white doors on right)
Both entry doors to this room have steel centers for security. This room
is air-conditioned and contains a single bed (room for a double or bunk
beds, if the need arises).
The adjoining
7’ x 7’ bathroom has a full bath, shower, built-in sink and toilet. The
walls and countertops are tiled in jade green. The floor is patterned
sand yellow tile, same as the kitchen and patio The communicating door
to the office is also steel reinforced for security
