The house is
located on 4 acres (1.67 Hectares) of attractively landscaped, heavily wooded
mango and banana orchard, only 100 yards from secluded, usually
deserted, Playa Cedros beach - offering good surfing (see the guy in the curl?) and fishing.
The beach faces east across the Gulf of Nicoya and the air is so clear
that the Costa Rican mainland can be seen over 50 miles away.
