| The Manuel Antonio National Park area has two white sandy beaches, Espadilla Sur and Manuel Antonio, as its main attractions. Although one of the smallest Parks in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio is a favorite of the locals, and visited by nearly one out of every four tourists, making it the most visited National Park in Costa Rica. There are a few hotels on the beach itself, but the majority of hotels are in the hills above the beaches. The nearby town of Quepos features a village of colorful shops, world class sportfishing charters, the harbor, some hotels and a small beach. |
