More Untruthful Statments...Once again, I am being publicly slandered, this time in the June, 2004 edition of the 1-(dash)costaricalink.com newsletter. This is put out, as shown at the bottom of the newsletter page by:
This Web Site designed and managed by: The logo that I designed and he now uses on his 1-(dash)costaricalink.com site is not legally registered to him as he claims. Pictures taken with my digital camera (as Joern had no money to buy one) on 1costaricalink.com business trips, which were paid for by 1costaricalink.com money, are not illegally used by me on my website, but are also my rightful property. However, Joern does not mention the fact that he has used, and continues to use, many pictures I have taken, text that I have written, complete pages and even sub-websites I have created, all on his clone sites. With all due respect to an ex-president of Costa Rica and the letter he allegedly wrote congratulating Joern and Angela on their new child in December of 2000, the site he was referring to was NOT 1-costaricalink.com (dash) or 1costaricalink.com. It was an earlier failed website attempt by Joern Malek. Furthermore, I am sure that the ex-president of Costa Rica is not aware of the equal business partnership that Joern and I entered into in 2001. His comments in 2000 have nothing to do with later events and agreements between Joern and me. Joern and Angela did not just pay me just a "few weeks of 50% profit" as an employee. They paid me many weeks that way as an equal partner. Additionally, they also "paid" me many weekly losses, which you can see in two more examples below. For the business people reading this, I ask you, is this how you pay your employees…with profit and loss statements? Isn't this how an equal partner is compensated? Additionally, there are many people to whom Joern introduced me to as HIS BUSINESS PARTNER, and they will testify to this fact. You do not introduce a mere employee as a business partner, and pay him with profit and loss statements. I did not keep a major share of 1costaricalink.com assets, as he writes, as the 1costaricalink.com website was not the only asset. At the dissolution of the partnership, Joern kept approximately 13 active sites with approximately 11,000 pages. Furthermore, he kept all computer equipment, software, digital cameras, business furniture, other office equipment, etc., as well as having supported himself and Angela's extended families, all with 1costaricalink.com money. During the same period of time, he did not even pay all my business expenses, so therefore, no real "profit". How in the world was he treated unfairly? He retained far more, and he then had many more opportunities to succeed with all his web sites than I did. Are Office Computers an Employee Expense???
Below you can see where I was charged for office computers and accessories. Other employee names that I also paid for (as well as income sources) are blacked out for privacy. These other employees provided support and labor to construct the clone sites that I objected to that Joern wound up keeping. 1CostaRicaLink.com money paid for everything, and those expenses were charged against my distributions. This resulted in LOSSES charged to me for these two pay periods. Is this how you pay employees?
