Day 1 : Arrival to San José

At arrival to the Juan Santamaría International Airport one of our representatives will meet you at the baggage claim area and provide private transfer to your hotel for this night.

Day 2 : San José - Osa Peninsula

You will start your 5 Days/4 nights Casa Corcovado package at the Peninsula de Osa.
Early morning pick up at your hotel and transfer to the airport for a domestic flight south to Palmar Sur. There, you proceed by local taxi on a 20 minute drive to Sierpe, where a boat trip starts down the Sierpe River to the Drake Bay area (approx. 2 hours).
According to National Geographic, the South Pacific region of Costa Rica is "the most biologically intense place on earth". The Osa Peninsula with Corcovado National Park is home to more than 400 species of birds and more than a hundred species each of amphibians and mammals. This tropical humid primary forest, more than 40,000 hectares of protected land, is home to monkeys, scarlet macaws, coatimundis and other wildlife. Even ponderous Humpback Whales can often be seen breaking the surface of the water in their season of migration (December and January). This is paradise found for nature lovers!.
