Below is publicly obtained information by going to any one of many domain name registrar companies. Notice, the creation dates of 1CostaRicaLink.com and 1-costaricalink.com and that they are owned by different people. You can see that 1-costaricalink.com was purchased (Created) on August 15, 2003 by Malek.   How, then, could it have been in business in 1999, as Joern Malek claims on the top of his current, as of May 24, 2004, homepage, where he writes, "This is the Original 1-CostaRicaLink.com site since 1999. Copying is the ultimate form of flattery."

Clearly, Joern copied my graphics design and other site elements of www.1costaricalink.com, which was created on April 29, 2001. Joern needs to produce evidence to back up his claim that he owned 1-costaricalink.com at anytime before August, 15, 2003. He will not be able to do so because he did not. Furthermore, none of his earlier sites looked like or were technically the same as www.1costaricalink.com.
