Tirimbina Indigenous Museum and Chocolate Tour

First you will visit the Indigenous Museum where you will learn about the culture of the natives and take a look at examples of ceramics and other objects used by them, as well as learn a little about Costa Rica's culture and history. After this visit you will enjoy a complete buffet lunch at the ranch.

The Chocolate Tour begins by taking you across the suspension bridge to a former cacao-tree plantation. During the walk, you will be exposed to the natural and cultural history of the cacao tree and, upon reaching the plantation, a guide will reveal the secrets of transforming cacao fruit into chocolate. You’ll see the chocolate-making process first-hand and even have the opportunity to treat your taste buds to organic rainforest chocolate!
