The day starts when we pick you up at your hotel in San José. A typical Costa Rican breakfast is served at a restaurant on your way to Puntarenas. On your way the tour guide explains the scenery, Costa Rica's history as well as facts about the country. Upon arrival in Puntarenas, you will board the State-of-the-Art Catamaran Manta Raya for the 45 minute cruise to Punta Coral.
Spend the late morning on the easy to walk nature trails. The many varieties of trees and interesting plants are labeled and the ocean views are spectacular. Troops of howler monkeys, yellow napped amazon parrots, humming birds and butterflies call this special place home.
A great meal is served with complimentary chilled white wine. After lunch, explore more nature by sea kayak, take a refreshing swim in the calm bay, go snorkeling or simply relax in a hammock.
