Imagine… practicing yoga in Costa Rica in a magnificent open-air pavilion overlooking the Costa Rican mountains while exotic birds fly overhead. In this package you will receive great beauty and wellness treatments in a soothing ambiance of natural splendor. We aim to help you achieve a balance between body, mind and spirit - an overall sensation of delight and wellbeing.

Day 1 : Arrival to San José

At arrival to Juan Santamaría International Airport one of our representatives will pick you up and take you to Ama Tierra Lodge. Duration 1 1/2 hour
Imagine immersing yourself in nature with all the amenities of an intimate mountain retreat on 8 acres of Costa Rica Rainforest. Breathtaking views, an ideal climate, private casitas, delicious organic foods--a place to explore the real Costa Rica, and to renew your spirit.
Be greeted with a fresh juice smoothie and have time to settle into their private casitas and explore the property. Around 6:30 p.m., come to the dining room to enjoy a delicious family-style dinner cooked by our local chefs.

Day 2 : Relax!

Relaxation - First enjoy a morning yoga class by the pool and a healthy breakfast on the balcony overlooking the valley below. Later, take a refreshing swim in the pool and get back to nature by hiking to the stream and ocean viewpoint located on the property. Next, we provide a light lunch before your one hour massage. Now feeling completely relaxed, take a bath in the Jacuzzi-tub in your casita.

Day 3 : Explore

Adventure - Wake up early and come to the dining room for breakfast. Next, head to Turubari Park, a local eco-adventure park, where you are given a guided tour, complete with explanations of Costa Rican plant and animal life and a fabulous typical Costa Rican lunch. After your tour, go on a horseback ride, or if you are feeling really adventurous, try the zip-line courses, a definite must-do in Costa Rica. Come back to Ama Tierra and relax from your long day by the pool or in your casita. Enjoy another relaxing yoga class, or if you are too tired from the day we will be happy to wait until the following morning before your departure.

Day 4 : Ama Tierra - Dominical

Private transfer will be provided to Dominical Beach. Duration 3 1/2 hours
Enjoy at arrival a welcome fruit cocktail

Day 5-6 : Leasure

Days at leisure to enjoy the following spa services: Marine Delight (Exfoliation with mineral salts and sea weed), 1 relaxation massage, Turkish bath, 1 Manicure and 1 pedicure.
After such a wonderful time at the spa you will have one gourmet dinner for two with bottle of wine, courtesy from the hotel.
