Costa Rica Weekly Vacation Rentals - Our Rental Terms
We
accept Visa and wire transfer.
A
50% payment is due deposit is
payable when you book the house.
The
other 50% is due 30 days before you arrive.
There
is a $500 refundable
security deposit that is paid upon arrival..
Refund Policy
Due to the fact
that most of our bookings are made at least
3 months
in advance, we must maintain a
no refund policy if you cancel your reservation,
unless we are able
to reserve the house for
the period you had reserved. If you
have paid your rental in full, we will refund 50% of the
total price. If you
have also paid your damage deposit, it will
be refunded.
Please contact us if you are planning
large parties at the house during your stay.
Rates
are given for groups of 8. Please
inquire about additional rates for additional
guests.
Daily
Maid service, towels and all linens are
provided.
Sorry,
we are unable to accept pets. No smoking
is allowed in the houses.
