Sport Fishing ?
The many rivers and the Pacific Ocean are rich with many species of fish, including the delicious "langostines". Sea fishers may choose between accompanying the local fishermen (cheap adventurours, and primitive) or renting a professional Costa Rica Sport Fishing boat with all the modern equipment. Bigger targets for the real sportsmen are the swordfish, tuna fish, and various species of smaller jaws.
Surfing ?
We have the biggest waves in Costa Rica with an average of approximatley two meters high all year round. There are many shops and restaurants in Dominical and in the evening the Surfers get together in the local bars and discotheques.
