How to Get There:

Playa Hermosa, Jacó
The trip takes between 1 1/2 to 2 hours driving from San José. When leaving San José take the main highway (Carretera Interamericana) going north towards Puntarenas. The highway will pass the Juan Santa María airport. Stay on the Interamericana for about 10-15 minutes more, until you see an exit for a town (pueblo) called Atenas. There is a sign that reads Atenas / Orotina / Jacó. Take this exit and continue driving following the signs to Jacó. Take the first entrance to Jacó and once you downtown, from the Hotel Best Western Jacó Beach, drive 2 blocks east towards the center of Jacó. Once in Jacó ask for El Arroyo Service Station. Club del Mar is 300 yards south of the service station.
