Our One and Two Bedroom Condos Each suite comes with cable TV, direct telephone connection, kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a four-burner counter-stove, a coffee maker, a toaster and a blender. Stainless steel cookware and a dinnerware service for 4 are provided. The inside sitting area has a pullout sofa bed designed to sleep 2 children or one adult. Sliding French doors lead to a private outside patio or balcony. Most of the bedrooms have two double beds, ample closet space with drawers and shelves as well as a free of charge security box (safe) a vanity mirror with shelf, a desktop and full-length wall mirror. Solid sliding doors guarantee privacy when required. The adjoining bathroom has a shower with sliding glass doors. There is ample hot water in both the kitchen and bathroom. All the units have a private patio or balcony with a large glass topped table and four comfortable padded armchairs. Each unit has an Ocean view as well as pool view. 11 ocean front bedroom apartments in Spanish Colonial style with private patios. Two queen size beds  in bedroom and sofa bed in living room, TV with cable, AC and telephone. BREAKFAST INCLUDED The 16.39% Government Tourism tax is included in the rates. Breakfast is also included. For any additional guest we charge $10.00. No charge for children under 5 when no extra bed is required. Rates below ae for single, double and triple occupancy.
