Las Aves
Formerly the Blanco y Negro standard double room has been upgraded to a junior suite with a lovely sky lit garden Jacuzzi tub and spacious bathroom.

El Valle
Formerly El Campo and Las Mascaras, is an airy junior suite with an extra bedroom to sleep two and a renovated bathroom replete with Jacuzzi tub and outdoor garden

La Guaria and El Roble
Two junior suites which feature king-size beds, large living and dining areas with kitchenette and spacious decks over-looking the coffee plantations below. The bathroom features a sky lit Jacuzzi bathtub and rustic handmade tile work. These two junior suites can be opened up and joined to create Villa Laguna which will sleep a large family or a group of friends.

El Pino and El Higuerón
Two junior suites which feature king-size beds, and day beds in the living room area, mini-bars and private terraces overlooking the valley below. The bathrooms include sky lit Jacuzzi bath tubs and handmade tile work. These two junior suites can be opened up and joined to create Villa Boyero which will sleep a large family or group of friends.

El Ranchito
A well-appointed master suite which occupies a lovely open-air bungalow, a traditional style Costa Rican structure, with cane ceilings and murals throughout. The bathroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub surrounded by lush gardens and a large sitting room and deck provides views of the higueron trees above and the coffee plantations below.

Personalized guided tours can be arranged to Rosa Blanca's own sustainable organic coffee farm as well as to the local community, including our projects with the Children's Food Bank, Jesus Elementary School, the Jesus Recycling Center and CENDAS, the senior citizens center that produces our rag rugs. The hotel also offer Rosa Blanca's own Certified Naturalist and Guide, to take you on a bird watching walk in our own gardens and coffee farm as well as to many of the area's national parks, cloud forests, biological rain forest reserves, botanical gardens, butterfly farms, bungee jumping, white water rafting. Our own stables and horses can be rented to experience Costa Rican country life, including riding to the slopes of Barva Volcano. Enjoy shopping for arts and crafts at local markets under the warm sunny skies of the Central Valley or tasting the varied herbs and tropical fruits and spices of neighboring botanical gardens

Chef Pedro Alas welcomes the curious gourmand into his kitchen to share the secrets and techniques of nouvelle Costa Rican Cuisine. The Chef draws on Costa Rican and international culinary arts, using local fresh seafood and organic meats and poultry to create a menu that changes daily. The elegant four-course dinners set around the inviting, intimate fireplace are offered to guests exclusively.
