How to Get There:

Ocotal. Guanacaste
From San José to Ocotal Beach it is approximately a four hour drive. You will be driving northwest on the Pan-American Highway (the same road to Liberia). There are many signs to Liberia. Stay on the main road. Once you arrive to Liberia you will see a traffic light in front of you, three gas stations (one on each corner) and a Burger King in the northwest corner. Take a left at the traffic light, and drive towards Playas del Coco, Filadelfia and Santa Cruz. Five minutes later, you will see Liberia's airport on your right, keep driving. About 7 minutes after the airport you will see a Gas station "Servicio Total" on your left hand side and at your right a road entrance to Playas del Coco and Ocotal (you will see our signs). Turn right and stay on the main road and follow the signs to Ocotal Beach Resort.

    Beachfront Standard Rooms
    Take a nap in a hammock on your private terrace 10 yards from the beach! These beachfront rooms are located between the tennis court, the Rancho Snack Bar and the beachfront swimming pool. Closest rooms to Dive Shop and 150 yards from the lobby and main restaurant.

    Panoramic View Standard rooms
    From your private terrace or balcony experience these breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Papagayo or watch the multicolored sunset over the ocean and surrounding islands. A swimming pool and a Jacuzzi are located near these rooms.

    Bungalow Junior Suites
    Newly remodeled and located along a cliff overlooking Ocotal bay, between the Reception and the beach, the spacious duplex Bungalows provide more privacy in a classy ambience. Extra features include refrigerator, private parking space and a plunge pool with ocean view (every 2 bungalows share a pool).

    Ideal for couples, the suites number 510 have an independent living area, refrigerator, spacious bathrooms with Jacuzzi and an impressive panoramic view. The Ocean Suite is beachfront with a king bed and a spacious bathroom, living and dinning area, refrigerator and private terrace. The Garden Suite is a spacious one room suite with two queen beds, large bathroom, and a private terrace. Suites include a living room, refrigerator, and Jacuzzi. We offer food and beverage service to all our pools, rooms, and beach areas. The resort has 12 bungalows, five suites, and 42 standard rooms.
