Dine In and Gaze Out  Guests may dine at one of several restaurants, each celebrating the beauty of the location with glorious views of the Pacific Ocean. The Italian specialty restaurant, Di Mare, is open for dinner, featuring cuisine inspired by local produce and seafood, and heart-stopping sunsets to be enjoyed both indoors and out on a fully screened terrace. The casual restaurant, Papagayo, begins the day with an impressive breakfast buffet, and serves all three meals indoors or al fresco on the patio. Informal dining under the sun and stars is also offered in Congo’s, a shaded, open-air pavilion, featuring grilled specialties and close proximity to the pool and beaches. Lighter fare and refreshments are served in Ticos, an ideal venue for relaxing indoors or outdoors and enjoying live entertainment. And, Four Seasons In-Room Dining is available around the clock. Sun, Spa, Golf and Sea  Sun and sea lovers can revel in the Resort’s facilities. They have a choice of two expansive beaches and an enticing roster of water sports, from world-class fishing, snorkelling and sea kayaking to sailing and surfing.
