The Irazú Volcano tour offers an opportunity to sample some of Costa Rica's natural beauty and rich heritage. First, we will ascend the majestic Irazú Volcano (11.000 feet above sea level) in the province of Cartago. After admiring the enormous crater and breathtaking views (both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans on a clear day!), we continue our tour to the beautiful Orosi valley to the Orosi Church. Within the walls of the oldest church in Costa Rica, we will experience the presence of our Spanish predecessors and their strong religious heritage. 

We will then head to the luxurious Rio Perlas Hot Springs for a delicious lunch and an afternoon of relaxing in the hot springs surrounded by lush gardens and tropical birds.
