Turrialba

How to Get There:

From downtown San José, look for the exit to San Pedro; when you are in San Pedro continue following the signs that say "Curridabat," and then take the highway Florencio del Castillo that goes to Cartago.
Once you have passed through Cartago, follow the signs that say "Turrialba;" you will pass through the small towns of Paraíso, Cervantes, and Juan Viñas until you finally arrive in Turrialba
Continuing to the center of Turrialba, you should follow the signs for "Limon." Once outside Turrialba, you will notice three entrances for the CATIE on your left (an agricultural research center). Next, the road will decline and you will cross a small bridge at the lowest point of the decent (the Reventazón River). Ascending once again, you will then go up a hill and come to a fork in the road. Stay to the right of the fork, going towards "La Suiza" (the left hand directions leads to "Limon").

Each room welcomes you with direct dial telephones, satellite TV, hair dryers, and toiletries in the bathrooms.

The four suites feature spacious sleeping areas, couches, coffee tables, and mini refrigerators. In addition to the customary amenities of the other rooms, the suites also have DVD players and significantly larger balconies.
