Gastronomically speaking, our Hacienda Tayutic is proverbial. Doña Eileen Victory, many years ago, decided to redesign typical Costa Rican meals to give them a true gourmet touch, without disguising them with faux Oriental flavors as so many others do. Give your palate a treat with the country's traditional dishes prepared in such unique ways that you will want to ask her for her recipes.
