How to Get There:

Alajuela
Driving from the airport turn right and take the right exit to Alajuela. Follow the road signs to Alajuela. Continue straight through downtown Alajuela. After the last light sign, continue drinving straight ahead up the hill approximately 3.0 km and once you arrive to an intersection turn left. Look for the Xandari signs. After 1.3 km, turn right 0.9 km to the entrance gate of Xandari Resort & Spa.

    Prima Villas
    Prima Villas are spacious villas of approximately 500 sq. ft in a building of two to four villas. Most Prima villas have two full beds, and two Prima villas have King beds. All Prima villas have a private terrace with a panoramic view of Central Valley, an enclosed terrace on the entry side of the villa, a bar kitchen and small refrigerator.

    Prima Plus Villas
    Prima Plus Villas are similar in size to the Prima Villa, but with these added features: Most Prima Plus villas are free-standing individual buildings for privacy. In addition to a large private view terrace, each has a private garden on the side and in the rear. A large bathroom opens to the garden, with two lavatories and additional storage space. A built-in sofa can be used as an extra bed. An electric cart is available for transportation uphill 200 meters to our main building, restaurant and swimming pools. Villas 15 and 16 are exceptions to the above. These Prima Plus villas are in a four villa building and feature a sleeping alcove with King bed, with a Central Valley view on one side and a private garden on the other side. Villa 20 is our only villa with a dramatic palm roof. This is a free-standing individual Prima Plus villa with a garden view and is a favorite of birders.

    Ultra Villas
    Ultra Villas are larger, individual free-standing villas for maximum space and privacy. Approximately 735 sq. ft. All have a private terrace with a panoramic view of the Central Valley, an enclosed terrace on the entry side of the villa, and a bar kitchen with a small refrigerator.

    Ultra Plus Villas
    Ultra Plus Villas are our newest and largest villas of approximately 820 sq. ft, located near the Spa Village. They all have a King bed and two convertible sofa beds, a roman bathtub overlooking a private garden in addition to a shower. Each has a private terrace with a panoramic view of the Central Valley, a generous bar kitchen with small refrigerator. An electric cart is available for transportation uphill 200 meters to our main building, restaurant and swimming pools.

    Xandari Resort & Spa is a tropical paradise of 22 individually designed villas nestled on a 40 acre plantation overlooking the Central Valley of Costa Rica, and only 20 minutes from the San Jose International Airport.
