Ave del Paraíso Restaurant
Ave del Paraíso is located in the resort's hot springs and garden area. The extensive lunch menu features salads, sandwiches and light entrees. Fruit juices and milk shakes complement our Fusion style cuisine, and are perfect for the mid-day meal. Our renowned tropical cocktails are available from the main bar. Dinners are served buffet style. Daily selections always feature at least three main courses, hot and cold side dishes and grilled selections. Native Costa Rican ingredients, which typically include white or yellow rice, black beans, yucca (cassava), plantain, chayote (local squash), hearts of palm, pejibaye and many other local favorites, combined with international ingredients are an integral part of our recipes.

Los Tucanes Restaurant
Los Tucanes offers first-class dining in a relaxed setting. Located on the hotel grounds, with spectacular volcano views and bordered by the rainforest, this welcoming and intimate restaurant serves a tropical breakfast buffet and á la carte dinners.
